Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and i Made it Easy LLC, doing business as iME AI Solutions ("iME", "we", "us", or "our"), 11468 Marketplace Dr N, Ste 600, Champlin, MN 55316.

By visiting imadeiteazy.com, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. What We Provide

AI Digital Employees

We build and configure custom AI assistants ("Digital Employees") for your business in roles such as Marketer, Sales/Receptionist, Lead Generator, and Customer Support. Pricing is a one-time setup fee of $1,199 plus $399 per month, billed as $1,598 to start. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support and continues until you cancel.

eBooks

We sell digital eBooks at $8.99 each, including our "AI Made Easy" industry series and the trading title "Trading Made EZ — The Simple Playbook" by Profit Wayne. eBooks are delivered electronically after purchase.

UGC Ads

We create user-generated-content style ads on request. Scope, turnaround, and price are confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or PayPal credentials. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Monthly Digital Employee subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

4. Refunds

Digital products (eBooks) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download has been provided, except where required by law. If your download link does not work, contact us and we will fix it.

Digital Employee setup fees are non-refundable once build work has started, because the work is custom to your business. If you cancel before we begin the build, contact us and we will discuss a refund in good faith.

5. Text Message (SMS) Terms

By entering your mobile phone number on one of our website forms and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from iME AI Solutions at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

• What you will receive: replies to your inquiry, appointment and order updates, and information about our AI automation services.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number.
• For help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 763-587-3774.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, and only submit a phone number or email address you own or are authorized to use.
• Use our site and services lawfully, and not to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Where a Digital Employee communicates with your own customers, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consent and marketing rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The iME name, logo, website content, eBooks, and materials we produce are owned by i Made it Easy LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. An eBook purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read it. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post our eBooks or materials without written permission.

Content you supply to us — your logo, copy, product photos, brand assets — remains yours. You grant us permission to use it as needed to deliver the service you purchased.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We work hard to build tools that help your business, but we do not guarantee any specific level of leads, sales, revenue, or results. Our eBooks and materials, including trading content published under the Profit Wayne name, are for educational and informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Trading and investing carry risk, including loss of capital. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as PayPal, our website platform, and messaging and email providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep your service running.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i Made it Easy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time and cancel any subscription through PayPal. We may suspend or end service if these Terms are broken, if payment fails, or if the service is used unlawfully.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
